When a client presents me with a struggle, grief, burden, or impasse, I quietly ask myself: what’s on the other side of this for her? What growth is going to come out of this, and how is that growth going to better her life? When every challenging thing in your life is a gateway to engagement with the Almighty, you are always on the brink of the miraculous. 💛✨

Hey Instagram, it’s been a minute. Life takes over, yes? I haven’t posted here in over a year, but I’m feeling the prompt to re-engage with some content. I’ve experienced some powerful sessions with my clients lately, and it brings me joy beyond measure. I love what I do, so I figure I should talk about it more. We will see how it goes 😉💛✨

The hardest and most important thing you will do today: manage your thoughts. Your thoughts are powerful. There is a reason the Bible calls us to take them captive. One of the most important things I do as a coach is help my clients identify thoughts that aren’t serving them. Sometimes we are so used to toxic thoughts we don’t even recognize them. Reach out if I can help you work through negative thought patterns that are holding you back from thriving. 💛✨

No one can - or should - go it alone. We were designed to be interdependent people. Where do you need support in your life right now? Emotionally? Vocationally? Financially? Relationally? Don’t expect yourself to have all the answers. 💛✨

“Be the reason someone has a good day.” That’s what I say every day to my daughter when she gets out of the car at the beginning of the school day. She may roll her eyes at me, but what a powerful concept! We each have the opportunity to contribute to the joy of someone else’s day. How can you bring joy to the people around you today?
