1:1 Coaching
When you need ongoing support over time
1:1 Coaching provides consistent support through seasons of transition. Sessions allow you a place to process the new emotions that come with new experiences and help you formulate action steps to move through change with grace.
The first step is to book a free session to see if coaching is a good fit for what you need. If you decide to move forward, you will choose your level of investment. 1:1 clients typically meet twice a month. Calls take place over Zoom.
Retainer Coaching
When you need frequent, high-accountability support for a limited time frame
Retainer Coaching is the most hands-on coaching option. Retainer coaching is most effective for shorter time-periods that need high accountability. Clients engage in weekly coaching calls and daily check-ins on Marco Polo (video) or Voxer (audio). This is fast-track, high-action coaching for when you want to make progress quickly.

Group Coaching Cohorts
When you want to experience facilitated learning and coaching in the context of community
I offer periodic coaching cohorts where groups of women come together to learn and grow in the context of community. These groups often target a specific topic or situation and can last from six weeks to six months. Coaching Cohorts are limited in number to best facilitate real connection and camaraderie.
